Mang Damian Chicken Curry Recipe
1. 3/4 Chicken
2. 500 g Carrots
3. 500 g Potato
4. 4 gloves Garlic crushed Leg and Thigh
5. 1 Pc. Onion
6.) 1 Pc. Bell Pepper
7.) 1 Small Pc. Ginger
8.) 1/3 cup Milk (Evaporated)
9.) Curry
10.) 1 Tbs. Iodized Salt
11.) 2 Tbs.Starch
12.) Coconut Milk
13.) 3 Tb. spoon of Vegetable Oil
How to prepare
1.) Fry potatoes and Carrots until cooked. Set aside
2.) Saute Onion and Garlic in 2 tbls spoon of Oil. And add Curry and Coconut Milk
3.) Put a cover the Bulk until chicken will cook and add fried potatoes, Carrots and Bell Pepper
4.) Cooking time for 5 to 7 minutes or until sauce thickens and add 1/3 cup of milk and 4 cups of water.
