Chicken Potchero

 














Ingredients:

1.)  1/2 kilo manok
2.)  Isang taling petchay
3.)  1/4 cabbage
4.)  3 pcs. potato
5.)  3 pcs. banana (Saba)
6.)  1 pc. onion
7.)  4 cloves onion
8.)  250 gms. tomato sauce
10.)  2 tbs. fish sauce
11.)  1 tbs. iodizesalt
12.)  1/2 tsp. brown pepper
13.)  1 cup water
14.)  2 tbs. vegetable oil

Preperation:

Fry potato and banana. Saute garlic, onion and chicken. Add tomato sauce and water let it boil for about 5 minutes then add the fried potato and banana. Mix with fish sauce, iodize salt and ground pepper. Add cabbage and pechay. Let it boil in 3 minutes then serve.
